I am not a fan. I made an appointment for a manicure/gel nail removal as well as a pedicure. I was seen promptly at my appointment time, which I appreciated, but the tech wrapped my fingers in foil (standard practice for removing gel nails) and then moved me over to the pedicure chair to start that service immediately. Unfortunately, since I didn't have use of my hands, I wasn't able to flip through a magazine or use my phone during that service which was disappointing. The pedicure itself wasn't very good. The massage chairs are very worn and you can barely feel the massage, I was up sold to the Deluxe Pedicure but the massage was nowhere near as long as it was advertised to be, and the tech painted over my cuticles rather than trim/push back the cuticles. The gel nails were removed afterwards and the manicure was "ok" at best. My nails were left very rough looking, which doesn't normally happen to me after removing gel nails. I went to go wash my hands in the sinks towards the back and noticed a giant, dead, beetle just laying there on the floor. Several employees had been back there while I had been in the salon so why someone didn't dispose of the beetle I don't know. My services were absolutely not worth the money I spent.
