Prices are high, and the employees are extremely rude. I've spent more time being ignored and talked down to than any customer should. When I came in with questions about my malfunctioning Kanger, I was told "it happens". It seems serving patrons is a bother to the people working at this store, and customer service is clearly not something they have any grasp on.
