You know what's horrible? When you buy a new (used) vehicle and then, one lovely morning where you're already running late getting to work, your stupid battery is dead. Talk about crap. Got a jump and made my way into O'Reilly's.
So here I was, in a crap mood, but the two employees there were pleasant and understanding. The dude tested my stupid dead battery and the lady gave me my new battery options. So, I bought one, and the dude installed it right away. And quickly! And he didn't even complain about the heat! Or try to make awkward small talk! I like you guys.
