If I could give NO STARS I would! My son is on this bus today and it broke down 90 minutes into the trip. They are now approaching 2 hours simply waiting with NO a/c for a replacement bus and/or mechanic. I called their corporate office and their customer service is horrid!
They lied to me and said that the mechanic and replacement bus was already there. AAARRRGGHHHHH! Once exposed that I was communicating with my son on another cell, corporate would not give me ANY details regarding where the replacement bus is coming from so I can gauge for myself whether it makes sense for me to pick him up.
I definitely do NOT recommend this Megabus service.
