We went to St Francis for the first time about a month ago with two other couples. We got a great table, sort of in an alcove by the front window. Let me start by saying it was about 8 on a Saturday when we arrived. While we were promptly greeted and seated (we had a reservation) it took forever to get our orders taken and for food and drinks to arrive. I mean, a seriously long time. I don't mind a decent wait - builds anticipation - but this was too long. We also had to repeatedly ask for more water from our server. The menu is unique - the only entree that really stood out to me was the salmon. It was pretty amazing. Cooked perfectly, great seasoning and served with a unique quinoa salad. I was really impressed and would highly recommend that dish. Overall, everyone liked their food a lot - we all had different things. I liked the atmosphere a lot and the food was great so I would go back here. I figure maybe we just caught them at a rough time or the server was overwhelmed. At any rate, this is a fun local spot to check out.
