Beware of Dr Tozer. Years ago, my husband had a scratched cornea. After visiting the ER, he was directed to Dr Tozer. Dr Tozer helped him get a new pair of hard contacts and when they came my husband had lots of pain when wearing them. He went back to Dr Tozer's office and Dr Tozer himself basically said, "Get over it." When the assistant came in, she inspected the contacts, and told my husband, "These have not been polished - you should have never been putting these in your eyes."
