I came in yesterday because my son REALLY needed a haircut. All of my friends have been taking their little ones here so I figured why not! It's a little bit of a drive for myself being that I live in South Scottsdale and this is out in North Scottsdale (about 14 miles out) so I was feeling super hopeful about this place! Maybe for once my son won't freak out once he gets in the chair! We showed up and they were pretty busy, we waited about 20 minutes and my two year old decided it was time to finally go number two. Desiree called us back but I explained to her my sons situation in his diaper and we laughed about it and she led me to the bathroom. I changed him and that was it. She gave us the option to either let him sit in one of the cars or us hold him, being that he was freaking out we decided to hold him in the chair. Now my son is two and he's scared of anybody he's not familiar with. He screams and makes a huge ordeal, but he wasn't as bad when we were holding him in the chair. Desiree was super sweet and patient with us and my son because she understood, I felt terrible because he was kicking her and just not cooperating but her being calm helped me. Next time I need his hair cut I will definitely be going there just to see Desiree!
