Interesting that reviews are usually 5's or 1's! There are a lot of 5's in the "not recommended area. Anyway, I've never written something like that, but I've had good experiences there. Luckily I don't have a pool anymore, but when I did, these guys were honest, found a weird part for me, tested my water without pushing all kinds of chemicals and did a repair or two for me (again, not pushing for extras). With my old pool, they gave good advice as to when it was time to drain vs continuing to dump chemicals. They also gave some magical chemicals (aka party is tomorrow!).
