Asian woman (no name tag) working 7/30 at 12:30pm was extraordinarily rude and had the worst customer service. we asked for 2 medium mint chocolate chip milkshakes, extra thick. Took her 15 minutes to make them, which we had no where else to go so not a big deal. We got them and paid, no thank you no eye contact. Nothing. Again, oh well. We walk out and sip our drinks. They were like minty milk, thin barely and any ice cream. Definitely not extra thick. I walk back in and tell her that we asked for them extra thick, which she then told me was extra money. I have never paid extra for it before. If she had told me before she made them that it would be more money, it wouldn't have been a big deal. But to make my order wrong and then try and charge me? No. At this point she said "then I can't do anything". My fiancé walked in and eventually we got our money back. She told us that "don't care about you, don't come back". Over a milk shake?? really? It was a simple fix to add some more ice cream. And don't be rude to customers. Summary: Rude staff loses business for location.
