I'm all about second chances. Which is why I decided to try going to frilly Lilly's again to get some waxing done. Although it was a cute little spa! And everyone was generally kind. This is the second time in a row I have gotten my arms waxed and there is still hair on my elbows and random places when I leave. Also I booked in for a full arm and was asked where should it end, in which reply just before my shoulder. Well the Esthectican told me she stops half way on the upper arm. So now I technically have a 3/4 arm wax. I understand probably most people that's all they want. But you asked and I answered. I just wanted everything gone. Which I did not get and that's what I'm paying for right?
