Wish I could give zero stars. This company left me stranded for 3+ hours and continued to be rude to me on the phone when I called to find out when they would arrive. They kept making excuses as to why they were going to be later and never showed up. The absolute worst way to treat a customer who needs their services. I would not recommend anyone ever use this company, and I would recommend that the company fire the woman who takes calls from the answering service. On the plus side, the driver, Jason, was quite courteous, despite being unable to tow our car.
