I've been going to this Smiths for the past 10 years, and boy this place has turned into a shithole! There was a lady named FELICIA who literally only greeted black people. She gave me and my boyfriend attitude because we were in a hurry and needed to get going, and we were in self check out. She kept popping attitude. But a black man walked by and she said "have a wonderful day sir"everyone who wasn't black didn't even get a thank you. I called management because the place NEVER used to be run like this.The manager was insincere and is keeping Felicia on the company. this place is an absolute joke. I actually travel to a different smiths just so I can get treated equally as a human being. This Smiths.... sad thing.
