Please, please do not use this facility. Our dog was boarded for a lengthy stay and ended up getting an infection/fungus on his paw. Still waiting for Pathology to determine exactly what it was. When we retrieved our dog at the end of our trip his paw was bleeding and he was chewing non-stop on it. I'm not sure how long he suffered at this facility but we were never called nor was our backup contact ever called regarding his health. When I reached out to the facility the "vet" stated "that he wasn't sure what I was trying to do". Ummm I was trying to make sure our dog was ok. He ended up needing his toe amputated! Honestly it was the worst care he's ever received. Makes me sad.
