Everyone there was extremely friendly, everyone welcomed or acknowledged me with a smile and quick to help. Tom Hetzel was my sales guy and he was incredible, very knowledgeable about the Cruze, and showed me that I could afford to get a new Cruze instead of a used one. He even charged my phone for me while I waited, and constantly made sure that I was at ease during the process.
