I rented a home for three years and overall the business relationship was fine. When I asked for repairs they were done timely and the staff answered my questions when needed. The problem came when I moved out. When I took possession of this home in 2014, the home had a satellite dish attached. I moved out this past June and I was horrified to see I was charged 180 for its removal. When I emailed Christina, the property manager she said she didn't know and would refer me to Mary who was on charge of repairs. I have also contacted Mary who has never been able to answer why was I being held responsible for something that came with home when I rented. I never even used satellite. I expected that they would charge me for cleaning and power washing garage even though house was clean and looked better than when I took possession. I guess now that they aren't getting my money anymore I no longer matter and don't deserve an answer. I just think in fairness I should be refunded that money and as a property management company you should know the condition of your properties. Beware when dealing with company and take pictures of everything upon moving in.
