I was released June 10 after a week at St Rose. With a day in ER, 2 days in ICU and 4 days in a regular room, my overall experience was EXCELLENT ! Dr Dane Jefic (HealthCare Partners)and the ER staff probably saved my life when I entered with an irregular heartbeat and could not catch my breath. ICU staff Felisa, Ronalyn and Chase got me comfortable and their round the clock care helped get me stabilized. Intermediate Care on the 4th floor got my vital signs consistent and prescribed drugs administered....had an angiogram prior to release with a clear outcome. Great care from Jane, Robin, Anna, and Wanessa, and CNA's Lilia and Lee made the stay very bearable. These great staff members (and others I have failed to mention) and Doctors worked together...there's a positive vibe that was really appreciated. Heart Healthy Meals....most were great if u get them in a reasonable time from the kitchen. One of my nurses was kind enough to sign me up for 'early tray'.
