I heard about this place from other friends and read a review from our local critic/AZ Central. Once I arrived, I realized I had been here before when it was House of Egg Roll. I tried one of their signature noodle dishes, Garden Pea w/ minced pork. The dish is prepared fairly quickly, granted I was the only customer at the moment. It soup base & dish for me is considered medium spice level; however they have it classified as spicy. Which for most would consider it that. It was good. Warning: Just note that they use the Szechuan Peppercorn (numbing spice), so as you are eating, you will experience that numbing sensation...do not be alarmed (or call 911, you are not experiencing a medical situation), just know that. All joking aside, it was very flavorful and fills the tummy.
