So, getaway weekend in Montreal. We told the concierge at our hotel we were in the mood for something like Italian, he recommended Quattro Ristorante, called and made us a reservation and away we went.
We were immediately met at the door by Vince, one of the owners. He was warm, welcoming, and genuine. He took time to chat, learn our names and was a very friendly start to the night.
We ordered our meals, with input, and the food was fantastic. E had the in-house made gnocchi, I had the penne with truffle sauce and sausage, accompanied by the antipasto della casa.
Finished up with the tiramisu and the chocolate soufflé (in house made) and wow. This is an amazing place to eat. The staff, the atmosphere and the food are absolutely a must try. This place is great.
