I placed an order for a light and 2 battery packs in February 2015-- I waited and waited and never received anything, so I called to check the status to find out the shipment was never shipped!! I spoke to the owner and he took care of the problem right away and I received it in a couple of days. The employees must not have been on point with their duties but I'm glad the issue was resolved by boss man. I recently called to have my battery replaced bc I drop mine so much in clinic that finally one of them gave out. They shipped me a new one and within a couple of days I received it. All I had to do next was send them the broken one, it was really easy they emailed me a return label and bammm off to fed ex it went.
This is why I'm glad TWO battery packs come with the order of a light.
So far I have been really happy with their customer service. I give them only 4 stars bc they didn't ship my order right away until i called to check the status.
