This place doesn't even deserve a star. I took my younger brothers in for teeth extraction. I got there early, filled out their paperwork, talked to the nurses which were all aware I was not their mother but their sister, I mean come on I look 20. Point is first the nurses didn't even know what teeth they were pulling and they asked me if I knew what number of teeth needed to come out, I told them I knew only that two teeth where come out but not which ones which they did not know, like how do they not have that information filed? Secondly a whole hour and 30 mins passed they send my brother back out saying they couldn't pull out this teeth because I wasn't his legal guardian to sign for him. Once I talked to the dentist, she was extremely rude and acted as if she didn't care, she explained to me so condescending why not, which I understood but I wanted to know how is it possible that none of her staff said anything before hand, and when they received the paperwork and had full knowledge that I was their sister. Not only was she not being professional about the situation she took no blame and was extremely rude. I let her know my father was five minutes away and he would sign for him, and she said it was too late. Is was unbelievable, I had to reschedule the appointment which is in a month from now. How am I going to waste money on a dentist who is rude to her customers, no sense of customer service. This dentist is a disgrace, there's no way I'll be coming back they cant get their shit together. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either. There's many more better dentist, don't come here.
