Super disappointed with customer service. We were never acknowledged. The store looked fine until you tried to find a shoe style or size and then it was a mess. I had to climb the ladder myself at 6 months pregnant to find the correct shoes.
Then once we found the ones we wanted nobody was anywhere around to get us checked out. I finally went to the door in the back room myself and asked for someone to come and check us out. I got attitude when I did since they were "busy" discussing some inspection or something.
We have since decided to return them and purchase them online.
