This gym changed my life. I was always in decent shape ( running and lifting weights 3 days a week) but when I started going to classes here it opened me up to a whole new world, interval training. It's beautiful because there's people of all different level: old, young, fat, in shape, etc. it's also not a gym where you need to be wearing the latest fashion gear. It's a gym full of great people.
It also taught me how to box. Hitting pads, throwing combinations, working the bags, etc. I was in my 30s when I started and wish I'd started younger but it's never too late.
Tom, Carlos and Jonathan are incredible. Great helpful staff. And for the price, like $100 a year, there's no better deal in the country. I had to move LA and miss the place so much! I visit every time I go back to Phoenix.
