"Best of Madison" is a total JOKE when you are talking about this "Spa".
The receptionist is rude, they NEVER have openings for services, and Nichole & Duke do not return phone calls.
Do not buy gift cards, as once you have one you will not be able to get an appointment, but "their policy is not to reimburse you" so you cannot get an appointment and you cannot get your money back. They win.
Elements is not far from Kneaded Relief in Fitchburg, and they call in more massage therapists to make sure you get an appointment. Go there for a better price and experience.
