I am an interior decorator in Las Vegas with 17 years experience. I brought in a high end client to bigs to purchase 2 bedroom sets. They were delivered, but one bed had half the screws missing, the bed feet were unfinished wood with plastic wrap, and the headboard was cracked. For 3 weeks I called, emailed and have not been called back even once. If I could leave Less than 1 star.... I would. I have received 2 emails back that said we had to wait for a managers call back and had a nasty tone. I have called 4 times, left messages, but the employees said that the managers never call back and that they wait people out so they don't have to fix anything. I also was told that there was no managers on duty each time I called. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SHIESTERS.
