I came here with super tense muscles because my hotel decided to sound a scary alarm at like 3am so I was in pain and came out this spa feeling brand new.
My mom loved it too she wishes there was one like this in West palm.
We only stayed in the women's only section so that's what I'm reviewing.
The locker rooms are clean and they have cream, q tips, they give you clothing to put on (if you go to the mix gender area). But I just wore my bathing suit in the woman's only area. Many of the women walk around with nothing and it might startle other people but for me it was fine. I ended up like that too so it's very body positive no judgments.
I loved the hot tub but I mostly went into the warm tub because that hot tub is like to make soup. The cold tub is freezing! My favorite was the herbal steam room. I went in with makeup and I left without anything. I washed my face off with some olive oil soap they sell there and it even made my skin not break out.
Will be coming back here for sure.
