I would love to have used this service as it seems to be a good value but I am traveling and don't carry a printer around with me. Because I couldn't print a ticket from my laptop I went with a competitor. I rate this issue as a major fail for whoever plans this web service. Perhaps a paperless option can be added in the future.
So I thought I would send a suggestion to the business but I couldn't leave a message on their phone (not sure why they're closed at 3pm on a monday), they have no contact email and the only way to send a message is....by paper mail. What do these guys have against trees?
I used the LEX and spend about $10 more.
