They provide you the worst service ever! I had my ticket for 6:00pm this afternoon, but my flight delayed for 30min so I missed the 6:00'o'clock shuttle, waited for the next one which came at 9:15, but the driver did not let me in, I was even willing to but a new ticket but he did not let me in all he said was "I can't let you in since yours has expired" there was no service after 9pm so I had to take a shuttle with Peoria charter on the next day at 6:00am !
It wasn't my fault that the flight delayed! I will never travel with Illini shuttles!
