Melanie and Brendan made my first-time buying experience a fantastic one! The two of them came highly recommended by a friend and when I first met them I had no doubt we would get a long and actually have fun while looking for my new place. Both of them are well traveled so lot's of stories to tell.
Well, as a European I had clear (maybe sometimes unrealistic) expectations of what I would like to buy in Toronto. My condo had to have charm, look and feel loft like, be close to one of my most favorite parks, bright with lots of windows, in a friendly and lively neighbourhood... and the list went on.
Of course we found that condo for me. We only saw a couple actually and they managed to figure out quickly what I like (sometime solely based on facial expressions). They were also very flexible to plan around my schedule.
And of course we had a bidding war... My first one, but obviously not their first experience. I have heard many horror stories from friends, but it turned out to be less painful than I thought. Melanie and Brendan guided me through everything and I felt 150% taken care of.
So, all thumps up for this vivid and knowledgeable duo. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the market right now and look forward to working with them again.
