First of all, i had never been here before. I called about the Groupon because I wanted to get ombré and the girl said buy the full highlights and it'll be about $20 extra on top for ombré, so I did just that. I was able to check out the girl's (Melissa) previous work on other clients before going and loved it. Unfortunately, the pictures I did see I don't believe were actually done by her. My hair was dark brown to begin with and informed her I had box dyed it in case she might need to know. The girl kept telling me how much she loved doing ombré so I was getting excited about it. After she finished with the foil she put me under a heat lamp for 15 mins, and that's when I knew this wasn't gonna be good. I'm no hair stylist but from previous stylists I've been told bleach does not work with heat lamps. My hair turned out super brassy and so ugly, it didn't even look like ombré either. So then to "fix it", she put a caramel tone in which did even it all out but it still was no ombré. Instead it became one solid caramel color. The girl was sweet and nice but just slow and the colors were horrible. I honestly won't be back.
