Yummy, *VEGAN* options! Vegetarian arepa without cheese/crema/dairy & a side (or two) of fried tostones! Can barely keep my hands off the tostones until they are cool enough to eat. Unique, fresh flavors for me, totally unique & worth trying. Don't write it off as "beans again", or compare it to other Latin cuisines. Even the salsa is different & yummy. Even the peppers/chiles used inside the arepa - not sure if they use ajis dulces chiles, but they are not your run-of-the-mill serrano/jalapeƱo/habanero/etc. Mmm! Affordable, relatively quick, veg friendly, just can't beat it. P.S. Tostone Lovers: I really love the tostones across the street at Florida Cafe, esp. with the yummy mojo de ajo (different style of cuisine, I know), but shhhh...these are fresher, faster, and better.
