I used to like coming here. Anahit is very attentive and has personal approach to every client. Her staff is friendly and professional and the place is squeaky clean. Unfortunately, the last time I was treated with laser for hair removal, BOTH of my armpits were burned. Other parts of the body were treated at the same time and they are ok, so I can't blame it on some changes in my body. I don't know what happened that day, that caused my underarms to be burnt, but after expressing some concerns over the text and sending pictures, I was asked to come in and show my pits. Instead I asked for some instructions on how to deal with it on 2 occasions over the last month, I was not provided any, because I didn't want to spend my time by coming in. Which adds more frustration to the discomfort and possible scarring. I guess I'll just have to google what to do in this case. Update: not once anybody apologized for my burned underarms. I have zero fault in it, yet I am somehow blamed for not wanting to come in as if I am supposed to. If I have to spend my time to take care of this, I will go to a doctor.
