Worse place to get your hair straightening treatment and the worse customer service imaginable specifically the manager
My wife came to this salon to get a treatment costing around 500$
The stylist consulted my wife a night earlier and told her that her hair would be straight after a specific treatment.
Next day my wife received a 4 hour treatment after which the result was a big fat ZERO
Her hair looked exactly the same as when she walked into that door
My wife who does not speak English fluently started crying and called me to come to the salon
I reached the salon and then arguments started over the fact that my wife used "Hina" and never told them meanwhile my wife told them that she used "Hina" more than a year ago
I told the manager that I would not pay $500 because there are no results and instead of showing remorse or being empathetic she threatened to call security and was extremely rude to me and my wife
She called my wife a liar and was so rude
I ended up paying 435$ for treatment that had zero results and walked out of this place
Please stay away from this place and the management
I am absolutely disgusted!
