I, too, should have checked their rating! Will NOT be using them again. First, all I needed cleaned was the pathway around our king sized bed in a 12x14 foot bedroom with 3 large pieces of furniture that did not have to be moved. The area to be cleaned is probably 3 1/2 feet wide around the bed and 2 door ways.
When I called I was told that they would charge me $39 PLUS the senior discount. Not a lot of money, sure. But they advertise senior discounts. Made the appointment with a 2 hour window on a certain day. We were told we would be called prior to the arrival of the tech. We are home all day every day. No call. When I called I was given the excuse that someone called and we didn't answer. Not true. Again, we are home all day every day, plus this day we were waiting for the call. Rescheduled for same time and day the following week. The day of the appointment I call them to let them know we are here and no need to call. We get two calls telling us the tech is on his way.
If my husband would not have been here, I would have sent the guy on his way. If you want the dark areas in the door ways 'power cleaned' it will be extra. Yes, do it. The cost was to be $99! WHAT!!!! We received no senior discount. The guy was done is less than 20 minutes! Thought $35 paid $99. Yep, dummy me but NEVER EVERY AGAIN.
