I went into see Julio with such BIG expectations.....all of these great reviews......It ended up, I was soooo disappointed in him. I went in to get my ipad screen replaced. It was somewhere around noon. He said it will probably take me 2 hours, but maybe three depending on walk ins. I was thinking, I am a walk in too. I wasn't going to stand there for 2-3 hours waiting. I said I might pick it up tomorrow, so that is fine. He called around 3:00 and asked me if it was alright if he worked on someones ipad ahead of mine. I said sure, go ahead, I will then just pick mine up at 11:00 opening time tomorrow. I got to his store around noon again, the next day. He had barely JUST STARTED on my Ipad...He'd been open for 1 hour, no phone calls, nothing. When you know you have a job to do for the customer coming in at opening, don't you get it done, since it had been 25 hrs. since I WALKED IN??!! I couldn't believe it!!! He told me he had lots of WALK INS.....AGAIN!! I ended up having to wait another 25 minutes for him to work on my ipad. No APOLOGIES, nothing!! did I MENTION I WAS SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED??!!!
