I come here often. The sweet fire chicken is never fresh. You have to ask them to cook it fresh. I asked Osbaldo, could they cook it fresh, he said yes, and then proceeded to give me old chicken. They only cooked it fresh after I demanded my money back. If you can't cook items fresh, say no. Don't deliberately give people something they don't want just because it's the drive thru and you expect them to not check their food. This is the only panda I have trouble getting them to cook items fresh.
