Don't even worth one star. This is the worst Management company ever. No customer service, will not follow up with issues and the condo fee is sky high. My apart was flooded due to rain back in June 2013 (before the flood in Calgary), and up until today Jan 23, 2014, my condo is still not completely fix. The whole process dealing with them is torture. I have to email them every 2 weeks, every month to get some update, and most of the time they are just passing the ball around. I have to contact the restoration company directly for the restoration but was never able to reach them, call was directed to the voicemail, which always happen to be full. When they finally came in to fix the leak in the roof and to spray something inside the storage, which I can't confirm has remedied the issue. They torn down everything inside the storage, left the door wide open, which was eventually damaged by the wind, and left a huge scratch on my balcony. Because the door was left open, a bunch of birds went in and defecated all over the storage, two even died inside.. I have been cooperative about scheduling time for the restoration company to come and at this point I have completely lost confident with them. Diversified has failed to provide any initiation in resolving issues. All they want is your condo fees.
