Everyone's reviews seem to start the same, but it's true - what an amazing experience! We stopped in to look at wedding bands for my fiancé and received truly lovely assistance from Nicole. She was genuine, knowledgeable, and not pushy in the slightest, which was such a relief compared to other ring shopping experiences. When we told her our price range, she never once tried to sway us higher.
We found a beautiful wedding band for him, and she was so genuinely excited for us that while she was completing the transaction, I perused for my own wedding band. With a uniquely shaped engagement ring, I had planned on a custom band. But Nicole took the time to show me several different options, talked to the jeweler multiple times about best fit with my engagement ring, and finally came up with a genius solution in a truly beautiful (and affordable) wedding band. Never in jewelry purchases and rarely in any retail setting have I had such a positive shopping experience. I would so highly recommend Robbins Brothers!
