This is the worst Lululemon store I've ever been to! I felt compelled to write a review just to have the place know how bad it really is. I was looking forward to this place (even though I live in the DC area, I am in Pittsburgh quite frequently), only to be disappointed. The merchandise is fine, though of course expensive, but that's Lulu. What is quite bad is the staff - they are snobby and rude. Whereas in my local Lululemon, the team is bursting with advice and is super-friendly and knowledgeable, I have to circle the Pittsburgh store just to find a salesperson. And when I do, talking to them is like pulling teeth. I was getting a gift for a friend and got the worst customer service all around. "Unfortunately we don't have these anymore" - "can you check in the fitting rooms please?" "I guess so...." - walks away as if insulted. And when it was time to pay, the cashier didn't volunteer to cover up the price (I knew about this from other purchases in Virginia) and didn't give me the gift receipt wallet until I reminded her that this was done. Hate this place! Bad image for lulu having this place around. I hope they retrain their staff, or better yet, hire some new people.
