My husband and went to a couple stores to look for desks, including another Office Max. They sent someone to help us who never showed up... At this Office Max, someone asked if we needed help several times and immediately assisted us. They did not have one of the items at their location, so Tony volunteered to retrieve it from another store and bring it to the location closer to where we live. My husband picked up the furniture the next morning! Very kind and helpful staff.
