They are just around to rip off Access patients
First appt prescribed me 2 different drugs
Then can't get in for a follow up appointments at all....they cancelled the last 2 appointments on me
2 weeks apart
Im disabled and on access ...its Not easy to get around nor cheap

3rd time they have cancelled a appointment on me !!!

I feel bad for Susan j. And Gary.. For having to work for a practice like this
I really like my therapist and Nurse practitioner...but its becoming a living nightmare to even be seen at my scheduled times
3rd UPDATE
AFTER the issues I talked to Drew McSherry...he has to intervene a few times...gave me his direct cell..told me to call him directly...even met him face to face
I just had a major surgery the beginning of the month...which I gave warning to both my providers
Well despite my best efforts..I could not get my 3 scripts filled
Over week goes by after contacting my provider ..they say its in...CVS even says its in
I go down there...sure as he'll...only 1 out of 3 are in
I call Drew directly...left voicemail ...I never hear back all day!!!
At end of day I get message from someone don't know my Refill in is
I call Drew... He doesn't give a flying Shit!!!! I tell him I'm gonna go check myself into the crisis center..because. Again for the 4th time now I have had to go way outta my way to get treatment. And I just want help
His response is nothing
This place has no accountability!!!!!
I WILL DO EVERYTHING TO MAKE SURE THIS PLACES AND PLACES LIKE THIS CANNOT OBTAIN STATE HEALTHCARE MONEY!!!
