So I came to this shop because my dad got me a gift certificate & I figured I'd try it out. I got a builder gel fill done expecting it to be $25 like the sign said. Then I was informed it was an extra $5 to take my gel polish off & this annoyed me especially after waiting for 20 minutes past my appointment time, I was told earlier the manicure would only be $25. The guy was also rude about it & tried to argue with me saying it's the same at every shop but I've never experienced being charged getting my gel polish removed when I'm getting a service. After paying $40 for my nails I left with gel polish on my skin & bumpy nail polish that does not look cute as it would be if they were smooth. The shop was also extremely dirty. The only plus was that the matte topcoat was free.
