Having switched to this office a few months after our daughter's birth, I can say now as she turns 11 months that I am so happy we made the change.
The office staff is friendly, the nurses are nice and gentle with the little ones. Something that is very important to me with a newborn was proper well and sick child waiting areas. At this office they aren't just different sections of the same room, they are two rooms with no chance for kids to mingle about. There's a pretty fish tank to look at and they have TV's in the rooms so that if their favorite movie is playing in the waiting room, they can finish watching and not be worried about their visit.
I have met both of the doctors, and a nurse practitioner, and I felt like they always took the time to make sure I had my questions answered. I have never felt rushed.
It would be 5 stars, but on a few occasions they have had considerable wait times, my only complaint would be that they don't update a board that shows where each provider is on schedule.
