Too bad zero stars isn't an option not that this company seems to care that it has a poor rating. they were assigned by my home warranty people to fix my AC which went out for a while last night. The first time out they couldn't find the problem even though I told them it comes and goes. So today when calling they're saying they can't get out today and then when I try to tell them what the problem is after they figure out that yes they can try to get somebody out here they say they can't accept someone else's diagnosis but I know that they can't part today at as late as they would get out here. So I wont be using them through the home warranty service because they don't know what they're doing. Also since I haven't been able to find them on here yet do not use American home Shield they are a lousy home warranty company.
