I called on Saturday morning and asked if an appointment was necessary to do a Detail on our KIA Sorento. I was told if I dropped it off before 11:00 it could be done that day. Honestly, our car was in sad shape. The staff was courteous on the phone and when I left my car. I did not receive a call as requested when my car was ready but when I called to check, it was ready and with-in the time estimated. The $129 Detail price was well worth it. The only "touch up" I did was a corner of the console tray that still had a little bit of melted chocolate or candy. Like I said, "our car was in sad shape." Just a bit of constructive critique, after the steam clean of the interior, the 3rd-row seating was folded down just like when the car was brought in; It would have been better to leave the 3rd-row seats up until the interior was dry. I will definitely be back for a more routine interior clean and exterior wash.
