This should be less than one star! While it "presents" well on the surface, the service here is very unsatisfactory. We signed up for a 3-month promotional membership. 2 of the 3 massages we received were poor quality, shortened time, inattentive staff. But the WORST part is its manager, who argued with me about canceling the membership even though it was HER staff who confirmed my cancelation apparently without asking me to sign a form. They went ahead and charged my credit card for a 4th mth because their 3 month membership contract is "dated" for 4 months! We were told that we would be charged for 3 months; the 4 mth period was the time period in which we can book our THREE services. The manager obviously doesn't understand her own agreements and certainly knows nothing about customer service, because she wasn't even concerned that we were not happy, and rather much more concerned about arguing with me over $80!!! Really stupid. You can really find much more quality services than this place. DON'T SIGN UP!!!
