Took two days to make a reservation and after talking to 3 different reps who gave me incorrect information regarding different things, I finally asked to speak to a supervisor! They dont listen and it got to the point I didnt trust ANYTHING any of them were telling me. I was SO frustrated, that had the rate not been lower than the competition and I had already invested the time to make a reservation, I would NOT have booked with them. The guy at the counter was also annoying and we knew he was giving us bull in order to try to milk more money from us with upgrades and extras. The Hyundai Velostar we had did not shift gears properly and almost sounded like the transmission was starting to go...and it was NOT my husband as he is 54 yrs old and does not run cars into the ground, even rental cars.
