Zero stars close this business. I HIGHLY recommend that you do not go here . We went on on the 28th of November. Waited over 1 hour pass the scheduled time after people were put in from of us . The manager was extremely rude that day and has proved to be rude and incompetent again. She called about a week ago do tell us that the pictures we ordered that were supposed to be there on the 4th were in. I told her they were super late and we should be refunded completely as they were holiday cards that were to go out before the holidays and Christmas was over. She tries to defend herself, I received no apology or any offer for a concession. I hung up on her immediately as she became irate and began to argue. We had the cards picked up only to be delivered with the wrong holiday cards that were one sided instead of the two sided cards we ordered. That was problem number 1. No.2 came as I realized it wasn't even the same template or picture we chose. No. 3 came when I checked the receipt and realized we ordered other pictures and never received those either. I called and was greeted by a rep that said that she didn't have the "right" to give me the district or general managers number . Does that sound right to anyone? She then gave me the number to JC Penny store line which was moot . Bottom line do not go here !!!!!!!
