I created Yelp just to search for restaurants and writing reviews is not my thing but i just had to rate and rant about how awesome this nail bar is.
Last time me and friend walked in but they were so busy so i can only thread my brows. The lady who did my brows was very gentle and careful unlike most place that i have been which is a little rough on me. My brows were perfect just like how i wanted.
The second time, despite the fact that the owner/manager has told me that its better to book an appointment before coming, i would not still do it because i thought Monday morning wouldn't be too busy and guess what, they are all booked.
However, the guy was trying his best to accompany both of us, he was rearrange appointments to make sure he fit us on spot and voila, he made it. During the time, the women who did our nails were, again, very nice and gentle.
We felt so bad for making it such a hard time for the people there trying to accompany us walking in but they did an amazing job. Hence, calling to book an appointment is highly highly recommended.
I think the competitive advantage of a nail bar is really about the "above and beyond" service because there are plenty of skillful nail technicians in toronto
