The customer service is terrible and I too had issues with their warranty. I had a tire blow out while riding my bike the same day I bought it, I called and explained to the guy what happened and said he would replace it for free. I drove 40 miles one way from my house to the store and when I got there the guy said it was my fault and charged me $20 to replace it. I could of purchased a new inner tube for $15 and replaced it myself. The guy at the store has a cocky attitude and could care less about customer satisfaction after he takes your money, you would think you would get better customer service after overpaying for a bike.
