Pros: Lots of screens, good staff, great sound quality and picture, a couple of screens where you can reserve seats
Cons: Sometimes a bit dirty, not quite the nicest theater in town, bathrooms
Details: Firstly, there is only one theater chain in town I give five stars to so this is not a dis to AMC, but they just don't quite have the same luxury as the other chain. That said, of the AMC theater's I have been to, this is the second best (only behind AMC Esplanade). The staff is normally good but I have seen a bit of a light staffing at times. The staff has always been professional and friendly. There are a couple of really nice/upgraded big screens (I think screen one and two) but the other smaller screens are good too. They have the coke machines with 100+ flavors. Since it is in the middle of an outdoor mall, you have to walk a little from where you park but we rarely get rain so it really is not an issue most days.
